Manual edge grinding steps and methods:

1, first make clear the type of grinding on the processing order

2, the production of grinding shape of the template, usually with 3mm thick plywood production, but it is best to use iron or aluminum plate production, so it is not easy to deformation.

4. Draw lines. Draw the shape of the edge to be ground with suitable strokes on both sides of the stone plate for the template allowance.

5. 6, fine grinding, water grinding polishing. Polish all the edges to be polished with 60#, 120#, 220#, 320#, 500#, 600#, 800#, 1500#, polishing blades in turn.
